Janice Gets “Smart” with ACHA!
Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) carried out a tenant satisfaction survey during November and December 2016. Over 1,400 tenants from all over Argyll and Bute were contacted by ACHA staff and asked to participate. 400 tenants agreed to take part in the survey, the aim of which is to assist the Association to develop and improve its services to tenants.
All participants were entered into a prize draw to win a TV. Pictured is Mrs Janice Crichton of Glebe Terrace Rothesay receiving her prize from ACHA’s Chairman of the Board of Management, Mr Jim Milne.
Janice was delighted with her prize and added that “I usually don’t take part in surveys but I’m glad that I did this time!
Mr Milne expressed his gratitude to the tenants who took part in the survey adding that “it is worth stressing again that as a tenant led organisation it is vital that the Association understands the needs of our tenants. An exercise like this allows us to ensure that the views expressed by our tenants are taken into account when deciding on service improvements”.
The results of the satisfaction survey will be reported to ACHA tenants and also to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
